The stacker crane mainly has three directions of movement:
Walking: The stacker moves back and forth along the tunnel driven by the motor.
Lifting: The lifting platform moves up and down along the main column driven by the motor.
Forklift: The fork is driven by a motor to move goods at the entry and exit station or cargo space.
lower beam
As for the overall support base of the stacker, the dynamic and static loads generated during the operation of the stacker are transmitted from the chassis to the running wheels. Therefore, the chassis is made of heavy steel as the main body and is welded or bolted to maintain good rigidity.
Running gear
(1) In order to maintain the stable operation of the stacker, the traveling mechanism adopts a frequency conversion controlled AC motor, and the traveling wheel is driven by a reducer to walk forward and backward along the ground guide rail.
(2) Each running wheel is equipped with a lateral guide to maintain the stability of the stacker. The running wheel set is equipped with a special bracket. When the running wheel or lateral guide wheel accidentally becomes loose, this bracket should be able to support the chassis on the ground guide rail. superior.
Lifting mechanism
(1) Variable speed type, which uses variable frequency to control the AC motor and drives the load platform to rise or fall through a reducer. The selected lifting motors are equipped with safety electromagnetic brakes to stably maintain the cargo platform at a certain height.
(2) The lifting mechanism includes a sprocket, a guide wheel and a chain tension adjustment device, or a cable pulley, a guide cable pulley and a cable tension adjustment device.
Column
(1) The stacker crane is a double-mast type, but its masts are designed with a high strength-to-weight ratio to lower the center of gravity to maintain stable operation.
(2) A lateral guide is set at the top of the mast to support guidance along the upper guide rail when walking and improve its stability.
(3) Set up a maintenance operation ladder along the entire length of the mast to facilitate inspection of the mast top facilities.
upper beam
The upper beam is on the top of the double columns, and together with the lower beam and the double columns form a stable frame structure. The upper guide wheel can prevent the stacker from falling off the upper track.
Lift cargo platform
The cargo platform is located in the middle of the double columns, and the lifting motor drives the cargo platform to move up and down. The cargo platform is not only equipped with over-length, over-width, and over-height detectors for goods, but also detectors for virtual and actual cargo positions to prevent goods from being out of tolerance or double warehousing.
Fork
The fork mechanism is installed on the cargo platform. The device includes four forks and attached followers and guide devices. The transmission device includes gears, racks, sprockets, chains, etc.; it ensures that goods can be forked smoothly and prevents damage caused by collisions. of destruction.
The fork motor is a 4-pole asynchronous motor with a braking device (electromagnetic structure), which complies with IP54 protection standards. The motor is controlled by a frequency converter.
Get off track
Also called ground rail, track steel is generally used and anchored with expansion bolts in the tunnel where the stacker operates, and the stacker runs along the lower track. The space between the lower track pad and the track is filled with shock-absorbing material to reduce noise and ensure smooth operation.
On track
Also called sky rail, it is installed on the lower part of the beam on the shelf to guide the operation of the stacker. The upper track connected as a whole can fully ensure the smooth operation of the stacker.
Rubber buffer stops are installed at both ends of the track to prevent the stacker from derailing.
